Description
PURPOSE:
Initiate and conduct timely procurement procedures for the purchase of goods, works, services to maintain the technical condition of aircraft in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Company's Regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accept and process applications in the ERP system.
Verify requests for correctness and compliance with the attached technical specification and budget.
Make appropriate changes to the Annual / Long-term Procurement Plan for projects.
Determine the method of procurement for projects in accordance with the Regulations.
Conduct marketing research on new purchases and draw up comparative tables of prices for repeated project purchases.
Send requests for announced purchases of projects to all potential suppliers in order to ensure the participation of the maximum number of suppliers in the procurement conducted by the Airline.
Analyze the received price proposals for projects and select a supplier in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations.
To negotiate with suppliers on projects in order to agree on the terms and timing of the delivery of goods, the provision of services and the execution of works.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: higher technical, economic or legal
Previous work experience in the specialty: from 1 year.
Languages: Russian - advanced level, English - upper intermediate
Work with Microsoft Office programs: Excel - the ability to conduct various calculations and the compilation of comparative matrices using formulas and functions, the construction of graphs and charts, the ability to reflect and analyze data.
