Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bank account administration including e-banking;
• Advise internal stakeholders on bank related questions;
• Ensuring timely and reliable reflection of data on treasury and cash transactions, reflection of dealing transactions, interbank deposits in the system;
• Control the correct reflection of income/expenses in the relevant reporting period;
• Daily processing and loading of bank statements in the Oracle ERP system;
• Interaction with banks on emerging service issues (crediting amounts / making payments / closing repatriation violations);
• Verification and transfer of the submitted documents to the second-tier banks for UNK registration
• Daily loading of payment instructions in foreign currency and in KZT through Bank Client and execution control;
• Active participation in developments to optimize and automate business processes related to banking operations;
• Archiving, registration and further transfer.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher professional education;
• Confident user of MS Office, ERP Oracle;
• Attention to details, ability to work with a large amount of data;
• Knowledge of the local banking system and currency legislation is a plus;
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, proactiveness, sense of responsibility, attentiveness, and stress resistance.
