RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and develop new promising markets - offline and online, namely, conduct monitoring, help in concluding special pro-rate SPA agreements, assess competitiveness in the market, increase turnover.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly reports (Transit report/Flown report/TKP report/sales call report/DDS sales report/FBR reports) as well as reports on actual sales results.
  • Implement long-term incentive programs for IATA agencies aimed at increasing sales and market share, setting targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor markets and, based on an analysis of competing areas, come up with proposals for the implementation of blocks, where applicable.
  • Coordinate, provide advisory, analytical and motivational sales support and direct the activities of up to 20 key agencies/accounts to build effective and long-term partnerships to maximize sales.
  • Provide full support under the Agreements, including operational support, namely staying in touch with partners 24/7 and resolving issues in case of failures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education – higher, in the field of marketing, management and specialties with a commercial bias.
  • Previous experience in the specialty of 3 years.
  • General knowledge of aviation and aviation economics.
  • Knowledge of the tourism market.
  • Experience in customer relations management programs.
  • Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems is a plus.
  • Know and use resources/systems Microstrategy, Amadeus, DDS PaxIS and/or others to prepare analytical reports.
  • Knowledge of languages: Russian – fluent, English – Intermediate.
  • Practical Excel skills: creating and analyzing DDS/FBR/YTD reports, working with Pivot tables.
  • Power BI: working with sales reports.
  • Work in Zendesk systems - processing requests, Monalisa - ticket history, Altea Inventory - booking and analyzing flight loads.
  • Microstrategy – uploading reports.
  • Business communication skills.
  • Negotiation and business correspondence skills.
  • Skill in working with documents and contracts.
  • Management skills.
