Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organization of transportation – International and domestic import/export of inventory items - goods and materials intended for related to operational performance.
• Interaction with suppliers of goods and services, with forwarders, agents and carriers.
• Handling of shipping documents for transportation and customs procedures for goods and materials received by the Company.
• Transfer of correct shipping documents for customs clearance of goods for both import and export customs formalities.
• Timely update of the Automated Supply Management System to ensure data availability to all involved parties.
• Monitor and control the transportation process by carrier companies in own area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree.
• Previous work experience in the specialty up to 1 year.
• Knowledge of the basic rules for transporting goods by road, air, rail, as well as multimodal transportation.
• Knowledge of delivery terms according to the updated version of the international rules of transportation Incoterms.
• English – not less than Intermediate.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Business writing skills.
• Experienced MS Office user.
