Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To schedule and coordinate cabin crew training and evaluation activities for short and an extended period using the company's main software platform.
• To regularly check the expiry data of all cabin crew qualifications stored in the system to ensure the correct planning of all required training for flight crew within validity period.
• To coordinate cabin crew training and device planning with external organizations and internal departments and make timely reservations, changes and cancellations in terms defined in contracts. 
• To track changes in the training program and make changes in rosters as necessary to keep them up-to-date.
• To timely inform relevant departments about changes in roster, tickets, hotel accommodation, and training plan.
• To find the best practices and solutions for optimization of the crew training planning processes and automatization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree
• Intermediate English level
• Basic MS Excel user (graphics, pivot tables, main formulas etc).
• Ability to work in team and independently
• Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills
• Accurate and meticulous in approach to work
• Ability to work in dynamic environment with conflicting priorities
• Ability to communicate at varying seniority levels within the airline.
