The vacancy requires training (external / internal), as well as examinations and a qualification assessment of the candidate for the subsequent request of a National flight dispatcher License.

Position training includes the obligatory conclusion of a Training Agreement in case of absence of Flight Dispatch National Licence.

Trial period: 3 months

Responsibilities:

Providing support for the flights operations processes, flights monitoring, flight plans calculations in accordance with the procedures and rules of flight operations, supporting Company processes, communication with external services and other operational departments of the Company to ensure the safe operation of flights, providing briefing for the flight crew regarding aeronautical situation and weather conditions.

Requirements:

• Flight Dispatch National Licence (subject to availability)
• University degree and/or Professional Courses - Technical (Aviation) – pilot, engineer, crewmember, ATC dispatcher, maintenance
• Knowledge of national legislation (Flight Operations), ICAO, EASA rules
• Ability to handle large amounts of information
• Working experience with flight planning programs and/or loading systems are preferable
• Good knowledge of geography and experience in use of aeronautical charts are preferable 
• Experienced PC Windows User
• Excellent communication skills, responsibility, teamwork, stress tolerance
• English (Upper Intermediate, Intermediate), Russian (fluent), proficiency in the Kazakh language is preferable
• Age 21 minimum
