Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and enhancement of digital products (website and mobile app), coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Prioritize product initiatives in line with business strategy and manage the product backlog
  • Monitor product performance, analyze impact, and collect feedback for continuous improvement
  • Plan and align team activities to ensure timely delivery
  • Own and maintain the product backlog
  • Ensure stable operation and continuous improvement of key digital features
  • Collaborate with analysts to define product metrics and measurement frameworks
  • Work with system analysts to develop clear and actionable business requirements
  • Gather and prioritize feature requests from stakeholders and users
  • Initiate and manage documentation (BRD, UX/UI, technical specs)
  • Support testing processes and ensure timely bug resolution
  • Participate in product releases and post-launch feedback collection
  • Coordinate across IT, marketing, loyalty, and external partners
  • Ensure delivery of product initiatives aligned with business goals

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital products / product or project coordination
  • Understanding of user journeys and conversion funnels
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., GA4)
  • Ability to interpret product metrics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Miro, DevOps
  • Analytical mindset and result-oriented approach
  • English — Advanced
