Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check-in of passengers and their baggage for a flight according to safety and service standards.
• Ensuring passenger boarding the aircraft in accordance with the standards and rules of safety and service.
• Work with transit passengers and managing of conflict, irregular situations with passengers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Kazakh – good speaking level, Russian - fluent, English – Intermediate.
• Interpersonal interaction.
• Client orientation.
• Teamwork.
