Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organization and control of the technical operation of engineering life support systems (cold supply, water supply, heating, ventilation, etc.).
Ensuring the implementation of schedules for preventive maintenance and preventive testing. - Organization of trouble-free operation of diesel generators.
Regular inspection and maintenance of boilers in working condition.
Work with contractors, acceptance of work and control.
Monitoring the status of airfield coatings, making decisions about their readiness for operation.

REQIIREMENTS:
Higher technical education in the energy sector.
Work experience of at least 5 years in the leading position of the chief power engineer and / or in the maintenance of modern buildings.
Knowledge of legislative acts in the field of electrical engineering, building codes, safety and other areas.
Knowledge of computer applications MS Office.
