 Providing by phone competent, correct and objective information to customers on air travel issues.
 Booking and issuing airline tickets by phone.
 Processing of incoming calls and written applications in accordance with service standards.
 Processing applications from internal / external clients according to service standards.

 Knowledge of English, Russian and Kazakh languages.
 Knowledge of PC, office applications, fast typing (MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK).
 Experience with working with cash, cash registers and a pos-terminal is desirable.
 Good communication skills.
 Attention to detail.
 Friendliness, stress resistance, diligence, accuracy.
 The ability to understand and fulfill all assigned obligations precisely and on time.
 Ability to interact with the team and immediate supervisor, as well as with representatives of other departments.
 Experience with cash reporting, cash and POS terminal.
 Owning an Amadeus reservation program (optional).
