Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the control, editing and distribution of Aircraft and Airline manuals, instructions, forms in the documentation management system;
• Oversee a new revision processes and prepare amendments to manuals;
• Ensures that amendments to internally produced manuals comply with EASA, ICAO, IOSA, Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan and DCA Aruba/Irish Aviation Authority requirements;
• Timely distribution of documentation to Pilots, Operations and other related departments;
• Communicate with E&M, suppliers and manufacturer regarding fleet issues, coordinate with Nominated person for aircraft Specific Approvals;
• Assist the development and optimization processes and tools inside flight operations department;
• Support and participate

REQUIREMENTS:

• Aviation education;
• Experience in Aircraft technical and operational documentation and general knowledge of system of aircraft is preferable;
• MS office , Adobe Acrobat knowledge, good IT skills;
• XML basic knowledges;
• National and International Aviation Regulations general knowledges. Understanding of regulatory requirements related to airline operations will be an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English - upper-intermediate at least.
