Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of regular reports on airline fuel management;
• Conducting an analysis of the oil and oil products market;
• Preparation of certificates and correspondence with state bodies, contractors and other organizations on the activities of the department
• Preparation of weekly and monthly forecast reports;
• Data collection for comparative analysis in the field of fuel management;
• Monthly compile a comparative analysis of actual data with forecast. Identify the causes of major deviations and prepare proposals to prevent them;
• Project management (preparation of presentation materials, calculation of project effectiveness, detailed development of proposals, communication with interested organizations, etc.).

REQIIREMENTS:

• Higher legal and / or economic education;
• Previous work experience in the specialty: from 2 years;
• Business correspondence skills (required);
• Advanced level of using MS Office (Power Point, Excel in particular)
• Languages: Russian - fluency, Kazakh, English - not lower than Advanced.
