Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of a package of documents for customs clearance. The package of documents includes: Air waybill, invoice, packing list, invoice translation, technical description. If necessary, it can be supplemented with: a document confirming payment for this product (SWIFT or payment order), export declaration, certificate of origin, etc.
• Work in the program Technical Supply Application, TRAX
• Set the Declaration of goods in the D-Sector program, according to the finished package of documents and transfer the package to the customs broker for submission to the customs authority.
• Preparation of documents for obtaining import permits from government bodies, including the National Security Committee and other organizations involved in the certification and licensing of goods.
• Preparation of letters required for customs clearance
• Execution of additional tasks of the immediate supervisor
• Preparation of reports related to customs clearance
• Cooperation with government bodies on issues related to customs clearance of goods.
• Cooperation with transport agents, warehouses, etc. on issues related to customs clearance of goods.
• Cooperation with other departments of Air Astana JSC on issues related to customs clearance of goods.
• Registration of SNT (accompanying invoices for goods).
• Preparation and collection of documents for registration of SGR (certificate of state registration).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of Customs Law
• Knowledge of the programs D-Sector, TSA (at the end of the trial period), TRAX (at the end of the trial period)
• Perseverance, attentiveness, responsibility, punctuality, ability to work in a team.
• Good speed and quality of work in a short time
• Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Intermediate
