Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To review issues of aviation international conventions law enforcement regarding defined cases.
• To provide analysis and generalization of legal work, to propose the measures on enhancement of service activity.
• To sign and approve documents in a borders of its authorities.
• To provide legal expertise of the contracts
• Legal expertise of projects of agreements, orders, instructions, regulations and other documents prepared by “Air Astana” JSC as well as participation in their preparation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree full-time degree legal science
• Previous work experience required 3 years.
• Legislation and other normative and legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating the Airline activity;
• Civil, procedural, labor, administrative and international law;
• Order of performance and conclusion of agreements;
• Order of systematization, accounting and record management of legal documents by using modern information technologies;
• Knowledge of English language (upper-intermediate)
