Description

Crew Training Planner – responsible for coordination between Company departments and training organizations to ensure timely and efficient execution of all training activities. Maintains training documentation and ensures smooth, compliant organization of the training process.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Training Coordination:
    • Organize training events (scheduling, logistics, visas, travel arrangements, accommodation, equipment, and materials).
    • Support business trips of instructors and trainees.
    • Arrange airport access permits for instructors.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate records of attendance, results, and issued certificates.
  • Communication:
    • Liaise with instructors, contractors, and departments to ensure adherence to training schedules.
    • Inform all parties about schedule changes and training disruptions.
  • Systems and Technology:
    • Register participants and monitor course completion in the Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Update and maintain training databases.
  • Payments:
    • Arrange payments for external service providers (training centers, hotels, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in aviation training planning, crew scheduling, or training coordination is preferred.
  • Skills: confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Languages: English – at least Intermediate, Kazakh – conversational.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
