Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To ensure the operational support of the airline operational departments on aviation security issues.

• Supervision over subordinate aviation security employees based in ALA & NQZ

• Development and proper updating of the unit documentation.

• Implementation and further support of electronic document management, digitalization of processes.

• Development of the profiling area, management of changes in operational work

• Administrative matters of the unit.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Higher (technical, legal) or secondary (technical and professional) education
• At least 2 years of work experience as an aviation personnel, or at least one year of work experience as an aviation security specialist, or at least one year of work in the field of aviation security upon completion of (full-time or part-time) education in higher educational institutions of civil aviation registered with ICAO in the specialization "Organization of Aviation Security in Air Transport"
• Certificate of Completion of Aviation Security Courses issued by ICAO Aviation Security Training Centers.
• English – intermediate or higher.
• Advanced level of computer literacy.
• Leadership skills.
• Ability to timely and efficiently perform assigned tasks.
• Skills of effective communication at all levels.
• Organizational and working time scheduling skills.
• Ability to build relationships, strict adherence to subordination and business ethics.
