To ensure the stable work of the e-business systems and users support.
To analyze and identify needs for strengthening systems and business processes.
To initiate, plan and implement new e-business systems, as well as to improve the systems
To diagnose the problems and communicate with vendors in order to receive the support of the systems and resolve complex problems.
To plan and upgrade e-business systems related to his/her area of responsibility
To maintain effective communication and train staff and business users of responsibility area systems.
To develop new strategies and solutions for the optimization of existing business processes in e- business systems.
To initiate and manage projects of improvement and current IT solutions optimization of responsibility area
To create and update documentation of developed solutions
To support and maintain effective communication with business users on issues related to responsibility areas.
To test business applications related to responsibility area.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications.
Knowledge of English language at least upper intermediate level.
Knowledge of RDBMS.
Knowledge of the architecture and functionality of BPM systems
Knowledge of the architecture and functionality of ERP systems
Knowledge of BI tools
Knowledge about development of multilevel applications.
Knowledge about e-business systems implementation methodologies, tools and technologies aimed for the software development;
Understanding of Airline’s business processes.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to perform multiple tasks.
