Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work on financial processes of the revenue and expenditure parts of the department.
• Conduct interim control during the month on the processes of the revenue and expenditure parts in the department.
• Participate in the review of contracts and reflect revenue and expenses in the system, record payments and make payments to customers/suppliers in accordance with the terms of contracts.
• Conduct an analysis of the department's income and expenses, within the framework of its group of department cost centers.
• Participate in the closing of the period, execute interim control over the closing processes.
• Optimize processes to improve the efficiency of business processes, consult the Marketing and Sales Department on financial issues.
• Prepare necessary information related to department finances.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in one of the following specialties: Accounting and auditing, finance, economics.
• Work experience with systems, reporting and optimization of work processes.
• Work experience - from 2 years.
• Languages: Russian - fluent; English - Intermediate.
• Confident PC user.
• Confident Excel user.
• Personal competencies - analytical skills, effective communication.
