Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with government agencies and shareholders on the activities of Air Astana JSC, IPO.
• Drafting and registration of corporate documents: Preparation and provision of registration of constituent documents, articles of association, amendments to the articles of association and other corporate documents of the company.
• Advise on corporate law, IPOs, corporate events and documents.
• Provide legal assistance to structural divisions of Air Astana JSC on legal issues related to corporate law, IPO.
• Interaction with regulators and exchanges on IPO, post-IPO issues, preparation and provision of reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: higher legal;
• Work experience: from three years
• Knowledge of languages: English is fluent.
• Experience as a corporate secretary, experience in advising on share offering transactions, preparing companies for initial offerings of shares, experience in public companies - preferred.
