Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To develop and to implement the Program of Aviation Security Quality Control in the airline.
• Arrange compilation and analysis of the aviation security status in the airline, based on the analysis to develop measures to prevent unlawful interference acts into airline operation.
• Conduct surveys and inspections of the state of aviation security at airports for compliance with the requirements of ICAO, IATA, and the Airline Aviation Security Program. Compile a report on the survey and inspection, the results of which should be sent to the authorized body and to the airport where it was conducted.
• To conduct control checks on measures to ensure aviation security at the airline.
• Perform internal investigations of the events related to the violations of airline aviation security requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Higher (technical, legal) or secondary (technical and professional) education
• At least 3 years of work experience as an specialist of aviation security service.
• Certificate of Completion of Aviation Security Courses issued by ICAO Aviation Security Training Centers.
• English – intermediate or higher.
• Advanced level of computer literacy.
• Ability to timely and efficiently perform assigned tasks.
• Skills of effective communication at all levels.
• Organizational and working time scheduling skills.
• Ability to build relationships, strict adherence to subordination and business ethics.
• Skills of working with documents and contracts.
