Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regularly to perform technical updates and settings for all systems for planning and automating the processes of the Training Academy and E-learning tools.
• To prepare technical specifications for the development of modules and functions for the systems of the Training Academy. Closely interact with colleagues from the IT department within the framework of working groups on system automation projects.
• To provide technical support for all users of the Training Academy systems and online courses development tools.
• To develop/update instructions for all systems and online training tools of the Training Academy, consult and train users.
• To prepare reports and analyze the Training Academy systems to develop updates/improvements/automation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree, preferrable in IT specialization
• Desirable experience of working with the systems,  e-learning tools and technical consulting of users. A successful track record in the training systems, applications, E-learning tools maintenance and its update.
• Knowledge of various E-learning platforms, tools and systems, such as a webinar platform, voiceover service, video software, etc.
• Excel skills, reporting skills
• Attention to details and the ability to draw up technical tasks and specifications
• Skill for design clear and colorful instructions for working with e-learning systems and tools
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work with people
• Fluent Russian, English – intermediate level
