Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage and lead the team of Instructor-Examiners and E&M Line Trainers in line with the approved rules of EASA Part-147.
• To carry out the duties of Training Services Manager for Engineering and Maintenance Staff of Airline’s Aviation training center approved in accordance with rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• To manage all training requirements for engineering and maintenance staff training in accordance with law requirements of Part 145, Part M and Committee of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Preparing audits as requested by ensuring all files are complete, up-to-date and accurate
• To identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis and consultation with Senior Manager Training & Standards.
• You are responsible for developing training plans that outline the curriculum, schedule and allocated resources required for delivery
• To deputize for Senior Manager Training & Standards as required
• To manage and lead projects as requested and required by E&M Training & Standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Holding a current EASA Part 66 License, preferable CAT-B1/B2/C with all Air Astana aircraft types endorsed.
• Eligible to be accepted by the ‘Competent Authority’ and CAC Republic of Kazakhstan by means of an EASA Form 4/ Republic of Kazakhstan Form 4.
• Train the Trainer and practical assessor courses.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an instructor preferred.
• Proficiency in English at a level sufficient for intercourse, correspondence, understanding of the aviation technical documentation within the problems solved by ETSD / ATC
• Computer literacy, familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), experienced user of MS Office.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team environment
