RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting passengers with flight check-in, including document and visa verification
• Managing check-in for baggage and hand luggage
• Providing passengers with information and support
• Conducting boarding control procedures
• Adhering to uniform standards set by the airline
• Ensuring compliance with aviation security regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Recent graduates from college or university
• Proficiency in English, Kazakh, and Russian
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
• Professional and presentable appearance
• No visible scars or tattoos
