Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures accurate update of documentation of inflight catering.
  • Perform tracking all IQSMS reports related to catering in all stations.
  • To investigate, resolve and respond appropriately to complaints regarding meals on domestic and international flights.
  • Participates in collaborative menu presentations with suppliers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher or secondary-special education - catering
  • Work experience not significantly important
  • Computer literacy – experienced user of Microsoft Office software
  • Obligatory knowledge of English – intermediate, Kazakh - preferable
  • Ability to work in team
