Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Final revision of payments (UNC, primary documents, bank details of vendors ERP/KC Pay/, compliance checking of vendors (Compliance department)
• Final revision of transaction compliances in ERP according to RK laws and internal Policies of the Company (data of analytical record, deductible/non-deductible expenses, WHT, income tax/VAT for non-residents, reconciliation of e-Invoices, existence of residence certificate and its compliance with the requirements etc).
• Final revision of data inputs on compliance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the internal policies of the Company
• Carrying out corrections in General ledger
• Documenting results of the control processes
• Assessing risks of internal control of the Organisation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in accounting, audit, economics and finance
• Work experience in finance departments in the Company for more than 1 year
• Experience in ERP Oracle
• Critical and analytical thinking skills
• Knowledge of general principles of accounting
• Knowledge of International standards of accounting and IFRS
• Excellent user of MS Office including Excel, Word, Power Point and Power BI
• Proficiency in English language with a sufficient level to communicate both verbally and in writing with an understanding of aviation, technical and financial documents within limits of tasks
