Description
Main responsibilities:
- To sell
tickets, reaching sales plans set by the manager
- Provision
of competent, correct and objective information to customers on air
transportation issues
- Booking
and issuing air tickets for flights of partners and partners
- Calculation
of return and execution of relevant documents
- Execution
of cash transactions and acceptance of payment by credit card
- Processing
requests from internal / external customers according to the standards of
the service.
- Execution
of additional instructions from the direct supervisor, within the
framework of his qualification and position
Requirements for a candidate:
- Knowledge
of English, Russian and Kazakh languages
- Knowledge
of PC, office applications, fast typing (MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK)
- Preferable
experience of working with money, POS terminal
- Good
communication skills
- Goodwill,
stress-resistance, diligence, accuracy
- Ability to
understand and fulfill all assigned obligations precisely and on
time
- Ability to
make decisions independently in accordance with strictly established rules
and requirements
- Ability to
interact with the team and the immediate supervisor, as well as with
representatives of other departments
- Experience
in working with cash reports, cash and POS terminals
- Possession
of the Amadeus booking program (preferable)
