Candidate’s requirements:

• Experience in product development and practical knowledge of different project management instruments and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Prince2, Kanban, etc.)
• Total work experience of at least 5 years.
• Higher education
• Advanced English
• Develop plan, implement, execute Products/Projects, analyse risks, control problematic issues and changes.
• Knowledge of Airline internal processes and Products, monitor and optimise them as requested.
• Willingness to take responsibility for key tasks, positive teamwork experience, proactivity, high communication skills, experience in effective negotiations and presentations, high level of adaptability and flexibility, ability to work under stressful situations and under tight deadlines;

Duties:

• Investigate and implement emerging and innovative solutions that meet airline business demands and cost-effective
• Manage projects in collaboration with different department and external vendors
• Assisting the head of department in managing the project’s roadmap by effectively prioritizing, estimating time needed to complete initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems of implemented emerging and innovative solutions in timely manner
• Participate in identification, assessment, management and monitoring of risks within the framework of supervised direction
• Assisting in coordinating and monitoring the implementation of agreements and budget lines within the competence
