Description

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of data and processes available on websites and mobile applications in order to optimize their performance;
• Coordinating the implementation of new functions and technologies in accordance with recognized project management methodologies and together with suppliers, partners and other departments and divisions of the airline;
• Processing requests for changes to functional modules and information on the airline's websites and mobile applications, control the quality of information and services provided to customers and website visitors, and keep the content up-to-date;
• Ongoing analysis and monitoring of the performance of payment gateways, alternative payment methods and standards and requirements of international payment systems.

Requirements:

• Ability to work with HTML / CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTTP and SQL and the ability to work with databases;
• Experience in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research;
• Data analysis, business and web analytics, search engine optimization;
• Knowledge of the principles of conducting and processing payments through banking systems;
• Excellent knowledge of English, Russian and Kazakh languages.
