Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the global brand strategy and brand architecture of the airline.
  • Oversee the development of the global brand communication platform and supporting tools; ensure campaign consistency and stakeholder alignment.
  • Plan and manage the brand-marketing budget; optimize investments to maximize ROI.
  • Lead marketing and consumer research to generate insights that support strategic decision-making across key global markets.
  • Oversee annual brand planning and campaign performance, ensuring both alignment and local market relevance.
  • Build global digital-marketing and media strategies in collaboration with internal digital teams to maintain unified standards and effective omnichannel presence.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns — from strategy to implementation — with market-specific KPIs.
  • Mentor and develop junior marketing team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in management roles; proven experience with global brand strategy.
  • Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams of 3+ members across regions.
  • Expertise in developing global brand platforms, integrated campaigns, and multichannel media plans.
  • Strong digital and media knowledge: performance-based targeting, media planning, data analytics.
  • Advanced analytical and research skills; ability to translate insights into global strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder-management capability.
  • Creativity, strategic mindset, and ability to build long-term brand value.
  • Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh.
