Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting the customer in establishing priorities, goals, and success KPI for the initiative
• Participating in the development of business processes and IT implementation principles for the initiative
• Coordinating project activities at all stages of the lifecycle
• Developing and approving project plans and monitoring their execution
• Establishing communication channels among all project stakeholders
• Planning the project (lifecycle, resource plan, schedule, budget, risks and their mitigation, etc.)
• Managing the project and project team
• Generating and providing project reports as required by the Management
• Maintaining project documentation according to established methodology

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in managing IT projects in large companies for at least 3 years7;
• Language proficiency: Fluent in Russian, Upper Intermediate in English;
• Experience in documentation management and business correspondence, including English language proficiency;
• Knowledge of MS Project and Jira;
• Understanding of software development principles;
• Familiarity with project methodologies and frameworks;
• Understanding of general principles of system architecture and infrastructure;
• Ability to manage priorities in conditions of resource, time, and information constraints;
• Ability to analyze and make optimal decisions quickly;
• Personal qualities: Communication skills, resilience to stress, independence, responsibility, results-oriented, proactive, ability to work with a team/multiple teams
