Description

The Finance Department invites candidates for the permanent position of Senior Financial Control Manager. The position is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

The Senior Financial Control Manager reports to the Chief Accountant, responsible for building a strong team of financial controllers, transferring part of the functions performed by financial analysts to the financial control unit, using managerial skills, strategic thinking, analytical skills, time management and strong human resource management skills through involvement .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To organize the work of financial controllers such as:

 - monitoring unpaid/prepayments,

 - archive process,

- acts of reconciliation;

- closure – justification of the expenses for the reporting financial period;

- MARM closing check;

- сompliance with the tax requirements;

- payments check on daily basis (justification, due date, suppliers’ bank account);

• To control over ERP General Ledger/Accounts Payables transactions;
• Coordination of financial analysis units for closing dates, changes in internal procedures and legislation update;
• Finance budget and business plan 220 cost center;
• Staff schedule 220 cost center;
• Recruiting process, staff issues for financial controllers and partially in financial analysis units.
