Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate and monitor users' needs/problems of digital payments on an ongoing basis;
  • Digital payments ecosystem support;
  • Create and maintain a high-level analysis of the digital payments ecosystem development (for example, the status of digitization, progress, achievements, challenges, opportunities, etc.) through research and discussions with stakeholders that will be used for develop;
  • Coordinating the implementation of new functions and technologies in accordance with recognized project management practices and in cooperation with suppliers, partners and other departments and divisions of the airline;
  • The constant analysis and monitoring of payment gateways performance, alternative payment methods, standards and requirements of international payment systems;
  • Provides the full implementation of the project to obtain results;
  • Creating an environment conducive to innovation and innovative thinking;
  • Advanced analytics in POWER BI;
  • Automation and development of necessary reporting for payments;
  • Formation of business models, calculation of profitability for each product.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTTP and SQL and ability to work with databases, etc;
  • Practical knowledge of current developments in payment technologies, including innovative payment methods (for example, digital government, mobile financial services, prepaid/re-downloadable / bank cards, etc.);
  • Solid skills in market assessment, business case/strategy development and data analysis/management (spreadsheets, data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.);
  • Understanding key issues in international best practices related to expanding access to financial services and digital payments;
  • The ability to convey complex technical ideas to a non-technical audience both orally and writing;
  • Knowledge of the principles of conducting and processing payments through banking systems;
  • Excellent knowledge of Kazakh, English and Russian languages;
  • Experience in writing technical specifications;
  • The ability to collect the big picture from disparate facts;
  • The ability to break complex processes into chains of simple sequences.
  • UX/UI knowledge and ability to work according to the mockups.
