Description

  • To organize and control the work of the unit
  • To organize and control proper procurement process in accordance with requirements of Manual as well as with International law, rules of law and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • To control timely conclusion of contracts according to procurement procedure results and verify compliance of contract terms with terms of procurement.
  • To determine and reduce risks (financial and production) during the process of procurement of the Airline.
  • To cooperate with governmental agencies/state bodies, partners, subordinates and work colleagues
  • To follow faithfully open and conscientious relationships with suppliers, do not take interest in receiving personal benefits (or another motivation) from relationships with external organizations.

Higher education - Economic and/or Financial and/or legal specialties.

Normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international documents that regulate performing duties, and necessary for doing duties assigned by Airline. Basic knowledge of labor legislation

Previous work experience required +/- 5 years.

Languages:

  • English – Upper Intermediate
  • Kazakh – Average
  • Russian - Fluent

Organizational skills, working time management skills.

Skill of working in Oracle ERP

Confident Microsoft Office user, Power BI

Negotiation skills
