Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute a content plan, monitor and update the information on the intranet portal, KC App, corporate Instagram page;
• Prepare, edit and publish communication materials (text, video, presentations, etc.) for different communication channels;
• Conduct research in the field of corporate culture, analyze the needs of the audience, evaluate the effectiveness of channels and ongoing communication;
• Increase the efficiency of internal communication channels;
• Communicate the company's strategy, vision and values ​​through internal communication channels/tools;
• Develop a culture of communication and information exchange within the company;
• Organize and participate in corporate events;
• Participate in the work on the formation, maintenance and development of the HR brand and EVP.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Higher education;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Russian and English;
• Text working skills (writing, analysis, editing, etc.);
• Excellent user of MS Power Point, Canva, etc.;
• Attention to details;
• Communication skills, creativity, proactivity
• Ability to plan and organize your work
