Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct analysis of income, expenses and capital investments of the Engineering department, within its group of cost centers of the department, as well as check the results of the work of the financial analyst.
• To create budget and a business plan of income and expenses within its group of cost centers of the department, control over its implementation, analyze the reasons for deviations by budget items. Checking the results of the financial analyst's work.
• Design and optimize reports. Checking the correctness of the requested financial information prepared by the Engineering financial analyst.
• Arrange payment of invoices to suppliers in accordance with the terms of contracts. Track late payment by vendor of ITO financial analytics. Arrange payment of invoices to suppliers in accordance with the terms of contracts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in accounting, auditing and finance
• Previous work experience in the specialty 3 years
• Knowledge of double entry accounting
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Good knowledge of international accounting standards and IFRS
• Good knowledge of the Airline's accounting procedures and processes
• Ability to build financial models
• Experience in budget planning
• Ability to analyze expenses and income of the company and financial statements
• Preferably knowledge of the structure, goals and objectives of aircraft engineering and maintenance organizations
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Oracle ERP - accounting and inventory modules
• Proficiency in English sufficient for communication, correspondence, understanding of aviation technical documentation within the tasks.
