Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project management (calculation of project efficiency, detailed development of proposals, communication with interested organizations, etc.).
• Preparation of weekly and monthly forecast reports;
• Conduct internal procedures for the acquisition of GWS in accordance with internal procurement rules.
• Collection of data for comparative analysis in the field of fuel resource management;
• Monthly compile a comparative analysis of actual data with forecast data. Identify the causes of major deviations and prepare proposals for their prevention;
• Issuance/sending of accompanying invoices for goods (SNT) in the electronic invoice information system - esf.gov@kz during import and internal movements between warehouses of aviation fuel, in accordance with the rules of "registration, receipt, issuance, accounting, storage and submission of accompanying invoices for goods (SNT)".

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher legal and/or economic education;

• Previous work experience in the specialty: from 2 years;

• Business correspondence skills (required);

• Advanced level of MS Office (Power Point, Excel in particular)

• Language proficiency: Kazakh, English – not lower than Advanced.
