Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To execute internal procedures for the purchase of GWS in accordance with the procurement rules of Samruk-Kazyna NWF JSC.
• To develop and approve the short-term and long-term budget planning of the department, draft and analyze the non-standard contracts.
• To prepare presentation materials, references, conduct business correspondence with government agencies and suppliers.
• To issure/send accompanying waybills for goods (SNT) in the information system of electronic invoices - esf.gov@kz for imports and internal movements between aviation fuel storegouse, in accordance with the rules for "issuing, receiving, recording, storing and submitting accompanying waybills for goods (SNT)".
• Analysis of the domestic and international market of petroleum products to provide aviation fuel to the aircraft of the airline.
• Control of receivables and payables to counterparties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher legal and/or economic education.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables).
• Fluency in English (Advanced level).
• Business writing skills (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Civil Code in terms of contractual relationships.
• Knowledge of the rules for the transport of goods by rail and road.
• Analytical and problem solving skills
