Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To develop and draw up a plan for preparation and launch of a new project (project plan) in coordination with Immediate chief or project manager
• To identify the need and cost of resources required for the project.
• To evaluate the cost of the work and determine the project budget.
• To prepare a presentation of the project
• To conduct meetings with key project stakeholders for collection of information and analysis.
• To interact and cooperate with the relevant departments
• To control and resolve disputed issues within competence in coordination with manager of the project
• To cooperate and inform about the progress of the main plan of the project to the immediate project chief.
• To timely make and approve with project manager changes in project milestones and deadlines.
• To monitor the activities of the project, and correct if necessary.
• To regularly assess the implementation of the project for compliance with the accepted standards of quality
• To control timely collection, distribution and storage of documentation needed for the project
• To ensure distribution of documents and information about the project on its completion

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree
• Any specialization, finance specialization is preferred
• Knowledge in project management (PMBoK,Prince 2).
• English: Upper-intermediate
• Russian: Professional
• Organizational skills.
