Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interaction with investment bankers, depositary bank, lawyers, consultants and others.
• Managing the flow of financial and other information between the Corporation, the shareholders and the financial community.
• Monitoring of shareholder positions and ownership trends.
• Monitoring of shareholder nationality.
• Preparation and release of financial communications, press-releases and other information subject to disclosure in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Participation in the preparation and conduction of AGM (annual general meeting of stockholders).
• Preparation of presentations for investor conferences and company meetings; preparation of conference call scripts; coordination/facilitation of phone calls and meetings between senior management and the institutional community.
• Production of the annual in accordance with listing and Disclosures Rules.
• Submitting required information to LSE and KASE, in accordance with listing and Disclosures Rules.
• Managing  the IR web site.
• Managing the Road Shows including meetings with investors/analysts/bankers.
• Execution of additional instructions from the direct supervisor, within the framework of his qualification and position.

REQIIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of English, Russian and Kazakh languages.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of IR/economics/finance/accounting/auditing.
• Knowledge and understanding of financial modeling and valuation concepts, strong analytical and research skills, attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the basics of investment activity.
• Good communication skills.
• Friendliness, resistance to stress, diligence, accuracy.
• The ability to independently make decisions in accordance with strictly established rules and requirements.
• Advanced user of PC, office applications (MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK).
