Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze the deviations of expenses/revenues from budgeted in correlation with the operating statistics within according area.
• Reflect expenses promptly, correctly and in full on expense accounts, including taking into account the deductibility or non-deductibility of a specific type of expense from a tax point of view
• Participate in the preparation of the budget of the department
• Request and verify the correctness of the reconciliation of settlements with suppliers in accordance with the Rules of Reconciliation Acts
• Prepare and post accounting statements in the ledger/MEMOs for accounting transactions and adjustments
• Study the contract and check its compliance with the interests of the Airline regarding the payment procedure, availability of a unique contract number, taxation, contract amount, bank details, etc.
• Control the timely creation of agreements / orders / releases in the system
• Monitor and be responsible for the timing of payment to suppliers in accordance with the contract.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous work experience required +/-3 years.
• Advanced user of MS Office and accounting system
• Skills in the Oracle ERP: Work on Payables Accountant and GL
• Analytical skills, excellent communication skills, initiative
• Ability to work in a team
