Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To conduct research, gather data, and assist in the development of initiatives to enhance the Company’s ESG Performance
• To maintain and implement sustainable practices under the guidance of direct manager
• Collect and analyze data related to sustainability metrics, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform decision-making processes
• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability programs and projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and standards
• Participate in the preparation of internal reports, presentations on the Company's sustainability performance including reports to the ESG Committee and the Board of Directors
• Participate in the preparation of the section of Sustainable development in the Annual Report of the Company, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with relevant guidelines and standards (GRI, TCFD, IFRS S1 & S2 etc.)
• Engage in the development and launch of ESG and Sustainability trainings for different group of stakeholders
• Stay abreast of emerging sustainability trends, technologies, and innovations to contribute fresh insights and ideas to the sustainability team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field ;
• Previous work experience required up to 1 year.
• Languages: Kazakh – Basic, Russian – Fluent Speaking, English – Upper-Intermediate (fluency in languages is a plus)
• Advanced skills in working with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
• Presentation preparation skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Effective communication with internal and external clients
