Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide operational support for aviation security of the airline's production departments, including all types of airport passes, crewmember certificates and documentation on board aircraft.
• Develop and update documents and records of the aviation security service for further agreement with management.
• Collect the necessary documents for processing and handling applications for obtaining airport passes and crewmember certificates. Request documentation from related departments and services for the preparation of airport passes and crewmember certificates.
• Control the issuance and returning of airport passes, crewmember certificates.
• Participate in the preparation and updating of the aviation security program in accordance with the updating of standards, recommendations, procedures set out in ICAO and IATA documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Higher education (legal or aviation).
• Experience in internal security departments.
• English – pre-intermediate is recommended.
• Advanced level of computer literacy.
• Ability to timely and efficiently perform assigned tasks.
• Skills of effective communication at all levels.
• Organizational and time management skills.
