Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop textual technical documentation for programs and systems within the company;
• Checking, correcting and adapting the company's technical documentation, keeping it up to date;
• Collection of information from all participants in the process: customers, developers, designers, testers and managers, if necessary;
• Training on new software products and user support;
• Participation in the implementation of software products;
• Prepare progress reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of languages: Russian - fluent, English Upper Intermediate;
• Experience in documentation and business correspondence, incl. in English;
• Knowledge of architecture principles;
• Ability to maintain API documentation, user and test scenarios, user manuals, etc.;
• Knowledge of SQL database (optional);
• Personal qualities: Sociability, stress resistance, independence, responsibility, result orientation, proactivity.
