Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Search, tender and lease aircraft from the market.
• Coordination, negotiation and execution of contracts.
• Negotiation of leases involves coordination with external legal, powerplant and internal technical, finance etc.
• Administration of all aircraft Lease agreements, engines and other assets, including all necessary modification to Leases.
• Commercial and analytical support and negotiation on various projects.
• Preparation of financial analysis for all projects and contracts.
• Close cooperation and communication with owners of aircrafts, Engineering and Maintenance department and legal counsel

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent English (Upper Intermediate and above).
• Analytical skills.
• Bachelor degree in Finance/Technical background
