Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the support of the Training Academy systems.
• Develop manuals for all online learning systems and tools of the Training Academy.
• Develop, conduct and technical support of webinars.
• Technical support of LMS and online HEART library.
• Take part in projects for the implementation, automation and development of online learning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree
• Certification in coaching/education preferred
• Previous experience in the specialty +/- 3 years is desirable
• Knowledge and skills in online learning
• Language skills: Russian (spoken), English (basic - required, spoken - desirable). Knowledge of the Kazakh language is desirable.
• Computer skills. Experience in the IT field is preferred.
• Analytical and reporting skills
• Attention to technical details
• Good time management skills
• Ability to express ideas clearly, both orally and in writing
