Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To create work order 3-6 months prior to the event date in computerized system of AC maintenance management (hereinafter - TRAX).
• To create the work package (WP) in
• the electronic format on the basis of updated WO.
• To provide the completed WP to MRO chosen
• for this maintenance event accomplishment.
• Upon maintenance event completion to receive
• from MRO or representatives the formalized technical
• documentation required for registration of
• accomplished tasks in TRAX.
• To register all accomplished, cancelled and
• deferred tasks in TRAX.
• Monthly to check base maintenance forecast in
• TRAX to identify tasks with the due dates which are
• earlier than the event date and to notify responsible
• personnel of E&M Dpt about necessity to accomplish
• tasks by the Airline maintenance personnel or to
• postpone tasks due dates till the event date.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education (preferably in aeronautical).
• Good knowledge of English language (preferably with technical terminology).
• Experienced PC user (MS Office, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and Internet)
• Work experience in airline (preferable)
• Analytic thinking
• General familiarization with aircraft structure and function (preferable)
• Knowledge of TRAX computerized system (preferable)
• Responsibility, assiduity, accuracy, communication skills and resistance to stress
• Ability to learn
