RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The main focus will be mandatory training delivery, but also with the prospect of being involved in the cabin safety projects and training development.

REQIIREMENTS:

  • Valid  IFS  qualification;
  • Experince in IFS role more than 1 year for ALA/NQZ and minimum 6 monthes for GUW/SCO/CIT;
  • Have a deep knowledge and understanding of the aviation regulatory legislation of Kazakhstan;
  • Have a deep knowledge of the contents of the operations manual part E (OME);
  • No active disciplinary on file;
  • Impeccable training record with no previous training failures on file;
  • Consistent high quality performance record;
  • Shall have good verbal and written standards of English, Russian, and Kazakh.

RESPONCIBILITIES

1.To organize, control and perform work of  Almaty base direct subordinates to achieve maximum efficiency and standards compliance of the In-flight services department.

2.Conduct professional cabin crew checking in flight conditions to comply with procedures and responsibilities under the OM-E, cabin crew service manuals, cabin crew grooming and uniform manual and other governing

3.To organize and ensure  activity of crew operations of In-Flight services department for the purpose to resolve all operations issues to ensure  passengers’ flight safety and high level of service on board aircraft, professional and efficient operation management in case of unforeseen and/or emergency situations.documents in accordance with OM-DC

4.To ensure interaction with cabin crew, related divisions, Aviation Administration of RoK, (AAK) and external organizations on the issues of flights safety, its regularity, and documentation support to resolve all operations issues

5.To organize and control compliance with strategic plans to improve production efficiency, to reduce material, financial and labor costs, to rational use of production resources, high quality of provided services and their compliance with international standards of service in the field of civil aviation

6.To assist the immediate chief and to deputize for immediate chief as and when required when working in the office

7.To organize and ensure executive work of cabin crew administration of in-flight services, also with other departments of the airline to ensure operative crew planning, uniform, licenses and flight ID cards for cabin crew members when working in the office

8.To control and make decisions of all operative issues during his/her work time within his/her competences when working in the office of department when working in the office

9.To control conducting all flight documentation of cabin crew when working in the office

10.To timely process of requests, reports, suggestions from cabin crew and other related divisions when working in the office

11.To participate in investigation of flight delays, incidents and its pre-requisites when working in the office

12.To interact with crew control, authorize assignments and de-assignments in cabin crew members roster due to operational need when working in the office

13.To organize and supervise the work of subordinated staff on putting into operations cabin crew, to ensure cabin crew are tested on time, to ensure emergency equipment and technology services, and to maintain cabin crew documentation when working in the office

14.To organize effective document turnover process of in-flight services department

15.To control the process of organizing the sale of goods and food products on board the aircraft, to regulate the work of cabin crew in providing high quality meals to passengers. Assess the quality of the products provided to passengers on board the aircraft. To propose measures and take actions to improve the quality and demand of the products offered on board

16.To operate flights as Line Instructor, Lead Cabin crew or Cabin crew due to operational need

17.To control  issue of cabin crew notices when working in the office

18.To  organize and control  the implementation of new information technologies for improvement of the systematization and automation of documentation, database and reporting procedures of the cabin crew

19.To control the wearing of uniforms by cabin crew in accordance with the internal requirements of uniforms standards in order to provide cabin crew with the necessary working conditions
