  • Coordinate, check and submit invoices and other supporting documents for payment in accordance with the approved payment policy of the company.
  • Prepare annual budget and business plan for the department. Monitor budget and forecasts on a regular basis, analyze discrepancies and find out their causes.
  • Negotiate with training organizations and external providers to agree on contractual terms.
  • Coordinate procurement procedures from the moment of creation of the application in the ERP system to the signing of the contract, and ensures the interaction between the parties. Ensure the procurement of services in accordance with the law and Company policy.
  • Control the duration of contracts, update service contracts and determine the need to amend existing contracts by signing additional agreements.
  • Participate in tenders initiated by the department, prepare technical documentation, analyze the conditions offered by suppliers in commercial proposals, and compile comparative matrices, if necessary.
  • Engage in the collection and analysis of statistical data related to the budget of the department
  • Sign and endorse documents within their competence.
