Candidate’s requirements:

·         Higher education

·         Good English

·         Good PC user (Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet)

·         Good communication skills, responsibility, organizational skills, punctual, ability to work in stress situations, ability to work in team

·         Experience in accounting or cash preferable

Duties:

·         Work with passengers, skills to carry on a dialogue, settlement of conflict situations, quick decision making

·         Cash/payment receipt

·         Refund payments to passengers in accordance with airline rules

·         Passenger compensation payments

·         TSR preparation
