RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative support to department staff;
• Work with correspondence;
• To deal with the layout, observance of the accuracy and completeness of electronic and physical documents;
• Communicate with employees/candidates;
• Participation in HR projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4th year student or graduate
• Languages: Russian – fluent, Kazakh – Intermediate, English – Intermediate;
• Experienced user of PC and office applications;
• Ability to analyze a large amount of heterogeneous information, identify problems, focus on key aspects of information, and establish cause-and-effect relationships between the highlighted facts for subsequent decision making; logical thinking, critical and thinking;
• Communication skills;
• Prerseverance, attentiveness, team work; proactivity.
