Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in short-term (horizon: 4 days before departure - 5 months) flight schedule management with the goal of maximizing the profitability of the route network.
• Conduct statistical analysis of block hours by IATA seasons.
• Monitor the current schedule (ensuring proper aircraft rotation, avoiding flight overlaps).
• Control the process of scheduling and schedule adjustments, taking into account seasonality and passenger demand satisfaction.
• Make schedule changes for the current navigation season in case of airport closures, airspace restrictions, and other reasons.
• Determine optimal routes and flight frequencies, as well as explore new markets and potential destinations.
• Evaluate the financial efficiency of flights and routes to launch profitable flights to achieve the airline's financial goals.
• Prepare and distribute periodic reports within one's area of responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in technical specialization (Mathematics, applied mathematics, information technology, mathematical and computer modeling);
• 6 months of experience in a Contact Center;
• Proficiency in the Hitit software;
• Russian-fluent, English-Upper-Intermediate;
• Good planning skills of working time;
• Analytical skills, work with big data, programming skills;
• Software skills Microsoft Excel (Advanced level), Power Point, MS outlook, Business Intelligence tools (elcomed).
